You may use this website to browse rentals, request quotes, submit inquiries, and place bookings for lawful personal or business event use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change. A quote, cart summary, or inquiry response does not guarantee an item is reserved until we confirm the booking.

We may decline, modify, or cancel a requested booking when inventory is unavailable, delivery logistics are not workable, required information is missing, or payment is not completed.

Online bookings currently require a 50% deposit to begin securing the order. For applicable orders, the remaining balance may be sent later through a secure Stripe invoice before the event date.

A booking is not fully paid until all required charges, including rental fees, approved delivery fees, add-ons, or other agreed charges, have been paid in full. If payment is not completed when due, we may suspend, delay, or cancel service.

Delivery and retrieval timing are based on route planning, access limitations, and the details you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate event information, delivery location details, timing, and any venue requirements that may affect access.

Additional fees may apply for special access conditions, extended loading time, parking costs, remote delivery areas, or other logistics outside standard service assumptions. We will try to communicate those adjustments before fulfillment whenever reasonably possible.

Rental timing, including start date, event date, duration, and retrieval timing, is based on the order confirmation or other written agreement for the booking. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and kept in a safe, supervised, and reasonably protected condition.

You may not sub-rent, transfer, materially modify, or misuse rental items. Please notify us promptly if equipment is damaged, missing, malfunctioning, or exposed to unusual conditions that could affect its safe use.

Customers are responsible for loss, theft, missing parts, or damage beyond ordinary wear and tear that occurs while rental items are in their care, custody, or control. This may include broken parts, excessive staining, misuse, unauthorized relocation, or liquid damage to electronics.

If we incur reasonable replacement, repair, cleaning, recovery, or related labor costs because of damage or loss, those charges may be billed to the customer.

Unless a different written agreement applies to a specific order, the current cancellation policy for online bookings is:

• Full refund when canceled 7 or more days before the event
• 50% refund when canceled 3 to 7 days before the event
• No refund when canceled within 3 days of the event

Rescheduling requests are subject to inventory availability, staffing, route constraints, and any updated pricing or delivery fees that may apply to the new date or location.

Outdoor events, venue rules, and third-party property conditions can affect delivery, setup, equipment placement, and event use. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by weather, venue restrictions, unsafe site conditions, government actions, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We may use third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing, hosted invoicing, and related payment communications. Those services are governed by the third party's own terms and policies in addition to ours.

All website content, including text, images, branding, graphics, layouts, and original site materials, is owned by Desert Party Supplies or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute site content except for personal, non-commercial reference related to your booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep product details, prices, and booking information accurate, we do not guarantee that every listing, page, or response will always be complete, error-free, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Party Supplies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or rental services. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that order, except where such a limit is prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
