Event Photography & Video
Be in the moment.
Keep the memories.
The big cheers, the little details, and your favorite people together. RDNZ Media captures private gatherings, wedding weekends, and company events across the Las Vegas Valley.
Your people. Your story.
Coverage that fits your plans.
Pair coverage with your rentals or book it on its own. Start with the moments you want to remember.
Photography
Group portraits, candid moments, and event details, delivered as an edited gallery.
Video
A film of your event, with audio, length, delivery formats, and optional vertical edits agreed in your proposal.
Photography & video
Combine a gallery and film. Crew, coverage hours, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed together before booking.
A digital photo booth gives guests a place to take their own pictures. Booth rental and professional coverage are booked separately.
A little extra for your next memory
$150 toward this event—or the next one.
A paid rental package with at least $200 in rental charges earns $150 toward eligible RDNZ Media photography or video. Delivery and fees don't count toward the minimum.
Use your credit for this event or save it for later, including when coverage isn't available on your original date. Pay the media deposit within 12 months after the rental event to redeem it.
Credit terms and reminders
A paid package booking with at least $200 in rental charges, excluding delivery and fees, earns $150 toward RDNZ Media photography or video. Use it for this event or a future event: pay the media deposit within 12 months after the rental event. One credit per media booking; purchaser only, no cash value, no combining with other media promotions. Coverage and availability are confirmed separately. Rental cancellation or changes below $200 affect eligibility.
The credit applies to eligible coverage, excluding travel and other fees. Media pricing and payment are separate from rental checkout. Opt in for occasional reminders and return through your private credit link when you're ready.
A clear proposal before you book.
Desert Party Supplies is a DBA of RDNZ Media. RDNZ Media handles your coverage proposal, contract, scheduling, and payments. Your proposal confirms the crew, priority moments, gallery and film deliverables, audio, editing turnaround, usage, and any expedited work.
See event media pricing for company events or wedding collections for wedding-day coverage. Private dinners, welcome gatherings, and shorter celebrations receive individual proposals.
Plan your event coverage
Request photography, video, or both. Tell us your plans and the moments that matter. We'll follow up with availability and a scoped quote.
A request does not reserve equipment or crew. The $150 media credit is earned only by a qualifying paid rental-package booking.
