Guest presets are a starting point: 20 / 40 / 60 chairs and 4 / 7 / 10 tables when furniture is included. Quantities, availability, dates, and delivery determine the total.

Booth operating window

Times are local Las Vegas time. Online booth bookings end by 10 PM, with up to 8 hours on one day. Covered area and power required. Ask for a quote for another schedule.

Photography & video with RDNZ Media

A paid package booking with at least $200 in rental charges, excluding delivery and fees, earns $150 toward RDNZ Media photography or video. Use it for this event or a future event: pay the media deposit within 12 months after the rental event. One credit per media booking; purchaser only, no cash value, no combining with other media promotions. Coverage and availability are confirmed separately. Rental cancellation or changes below $200 affect eligibility.

No media payment is collected with your rentals. RDNZ Media will confirm availability, scope, and pricing in a separate proposal. Request details are shared with RDNZ Media to handle your inquiry.

The practical part, made clear

Delivery and event planning

Clear equipment and delivery totals

Standard delivery requires at least $50 in rentals. Enter your event ZIP in the package builder to see the current delivery fee separately. If your ZIP needs a custom quote, send the date and location in the inquiry form.

Standard furniture delivery is stacked drop-off at an accessible location. Furniture setup, difficult access, and unusual collection schedules need a separate quote. Booth setup is included; its delivery fee is separate.

A plan that fits your venue

Arrange your restaurant, hotel, clubhouse, or private event location first. Confirm equipment placement, outside-vendor access, power, and a weather alternative with your host.

Share the event end time and preferred setup and collection windows for special arrangements. Online booth bookings cover one day, up to eight hours, ending by 10 PM.
