For rental packages and media requests, we also collect package choices, photography, video or live streaming preferences, coverage hours and notes, media-credit records, and your choice about receiving RDNZ Media marketing emails.

When you place an order, we store order information such as the selected rental items, order totals, delivery details, deposit amount, invoice status, and customer contact information.

You can pay a 50% rental deposit or pay in full at checkout. Any remaining balance may be sent later through a secure Stripe invoice. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe according to Stripe's own policies and security controls.

We use browser storage to keep your cart, delivery choice, delivery ZIP code, quoted delivery fee, and related checkout details available while you browse the site and return later. This includes a saved package configuration and its media preferences, coverage notes, and marketing checkbox choice.

We also use essential cookies and similar session technologies for site operation, including secure admin authentication and session management where applicable.

We use personal information to:

We may share information with service providers that process payments, send booking and opted-in marketing emails, store business records, and host and secure our website. For live streaming, we use a streaming provider to host the event video and manage the viewing access agreed in your proposal. Viewer registration, replay and download options depend on that arrangement.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, comply with law, respond to legal process, or enforce our agreements.

When you book a rental package or request event coverage, Desert Party Supplies shares your contact details, event information, rental selections, media preferences, and marketing choice with RDNZ Media to handle your request and any eligible media credit.

RDNZ Media manages coverage proposals, media bookings, and credit use, including credits saved for future events. We share booking, payment, and credit updates to keep your records accurate and maintain credit eligibility when a rental changes or is canceled.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send updates, planning tips, seasonal offers, or related promotional content. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

RDNZ Media credit reminders, event ideas, and offers have a separate, optional marketing choice in package checkout and inquiry forms. This choice does not subscribe you to the Desert Party Supplies newsletter. When you opt in, RDNZ Media may follow up periodically while your credit is unused, including reminders as its expiration approaches. We keep contact history and delivery outcomes to manage follow-up and avoid repeated messages. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link, and your private credit page also provides marketing preferences.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove an earned credit or change its original eligibility and expiration terms. Transactional emails about quotes, orders, deposits, invoices, credit confirmation, delivery, retrieval, and customer support may still be sent when needed to complete or service your request or booking.

We use Google Analytics on public pages to understand visits and actions such as viewing package details or following an article link to a service page. Our package and article click events use package identifiers and public page names, rather than the contact details or event notes entered in forms.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, complete bookings, maintain tax and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to retain certain records for completed transactions, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or business continuity.
