Cancellation & Changes

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with your rental. We’ll place the cart, ensure it powers on, and walk you through quick operation.Hotel/Casino venues: Additional access/parking time may require an added venue fee (based on load-in complexity).

  • Standard 120V outlet required (close to the setup location).
  • Adult supervision required while operating.
  • Keep the machine dry and use under cover if outdoors.
  • Return in the same condition received (wiped down and free of major oil/butter buildup).
  • Customer is responsible for any loss or damage during the rental period.

    • We get that plans change. Please contact us ASAP to reschedule based on availability.

    • Reschedules requested in advance can usually be accommodated.
    • Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees.
