Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with your photo booth rental (no customer pickup at this time). We’ll deliver to your event location, set up the booth, make sure it’s working properly, and show a quick demo so guests can start using it right away.
Pickup timing: Standard pickup is available up to 10:00 PM. If your event ends after 10:00 PM, next-day pickup may be required (venue must allow the booth to remain indoors in a secure area overnight).
Hotel/Casino/Strip venues: Due to paid parking, loading dock procedures, and extended navigation time, hotel/casino/Strip/Downtown/large venue setups may require a venue access fee, and any required paid parking/valet fees may be billed at cost.
Power + placement: A standard power outlet is required. Booth must be placed on a stable, flat surface in a safe area away from heavy foot traffic and spills.
Indoor/outdoor: Indoor use is strongly recommended. If used outdoors, the booth must remain fully covered and protected from wind, heat, dust, and moisture.
Venue access: Customer must provide the venue address, event start/end time, and an on-site contact name + phone number for delivery/pickup coordination. Any required vendor check-in procedures, loading dock instructions, or parking details must be provided in advance.
Care responsibility: Customer is responsible for keeping the booth safe from damage, theft, or being moved after setup. Damage fees may apply if equipment is returned broken or missing.
Changes and rescheduling are allowed based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your event date, delivery time, or pickup time.
Cancellations and reschedules may be subject to fees depending on how close they are to the rental date and whether inventory has already been reserved. Any paid parking/valet fees or special delivery fees may be non-refundable once incurred.
